We added a tutorial showing the possibilites teams can make use of with services like UStream/Livestream for live project meetings. Each member needs to be signed up to a service and create a custom embed block in their profile. the shared blocks are added to the team leads or any other member's profile. All members can meet at scheduled times announced via email, group forum or in the events section.
